The rooms
Book a Room to Fit Your Needs
We currently have three guest rooms to stay in. We encourage you to read the information we have provided on each room before making a decision on where you would like to stay. Each of our rooms has its own unique qualities and, whatever you decide, we are sure you will enjoy your stay! All of our rooms are equipped with fire extinguishers and are fitted with smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. We use Airbnb to take payment for all our bookings. If you don't have an account with Airbnb, you will be prompted to create an account when you book your stay.
Breedlove Suite
The biggest of the available rooms, the Breedlove Room is the master suite of the home. Well lit and spacious, it affords you a tub in the room for a great winter hot soak. This room includes a private bathroom and a television.
Farmer's room
This cheerful room sports a double bed, TV and extra sitting space for plenty of room. A half bath is only steps away.
Walter's Study
The more modest of our rooms, Walter's Study is for the single traveler who wants a comfortable room at a reasonable rate. This room is perfect for the business traveler who wants the quiet and comfort that only a boutique experience can provide.
The location
Located in the heart of Palisade's famous wine country, our establishment is nestled in the foothills of the Grand Mesa, the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. Head off in any direction in the morning and you will alternatively find the wild horses of the Book Cliffs, the towering Independence Monument, the ski slopes of the Grand Mesa, or the rapids of the Colorado and Gunnison Rivers. Even closer to home, you can tour and taste the fruits of Palisade's renowned orchards and vineyards; including the vineyard operation that exists on the property!
